Phiona holds a Bachelor of laws (LLB) from the University of Rwanda, a Postgraduate
Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice & Development (ILPD).
She is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association and the East African Law Society. She
has experience in litigation, drafting and legal research. Phionah is a native speaker of
Kinyarwanda and English.
