Specioza holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B, Hons) from the University of Rwanda, A Postgraduate Diploma in legal practice at the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD).
Specioza is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association & the East African Law Society. She gets daily exposure working on different assignments including legal research, drafting related legal documents and other legal assignments within the firm.
