Benithe ABIJURU is a Candidate for a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Economic and Business Law at Kigali Independent University. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Rwanda and a Diploma in Legal Practice.

Before joining MRB Attorneys, Benithe gained practical experience in litigation and corporate legal practice, advising both commercial entities and individual clients on matters relating to contracts, taxation, employment, and regulatory compliance. She has also been actively involved in commercial transactions, legal due diligence, contract drafting, negotiations, and the preparation of legal opinions, while representing clients before courts of law.

Benithe is an Associate at MRB Attorneys, where her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, civil, labour, and commercial litigation. She works closely with local and international clients, including start-ups, established businesses, and non-governmental organizations, providing practical legal solutions tailored to their business needs.

Benithe is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association and the East Africa Law Society. She is fluent in English and Kinyarwanda and is proficient in legal research and the use of information technology to support legal practice.
