Michèle Carole has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Yaoundé II – SOA, a Masters 1 (M1) in Public Law from the same institution, and a Master’s Degree (LLM, Hons) in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from the Universite Catholique d’Afrique Centrale (UCAC). She has also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD). Michèle is an alumna of the RLC YALI Dakar, where she studied Public Management. 


She is a member of both the Rwanda Bar Association and the East African Law Society, and has expertise in corporate and commercial law, labor law, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), intellectual property, and advisory services. Michèle Carole has extensive experience in legal research, drafting, and review. She is also skilled in conducting due diligence and legal audits to ensure comprehensive assessments of legal matters and regulatory compliance. Furthermore, Michèle is proficient in legislative drafting. 

Michèle is fluent in both French and English, which enables her to communicate effectively and provide legal assistance to clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds. Her bilingual proficiency enhances her ability to navigate legal matters and engage with stakeholders across various contexts.
